All our high quality Swiss watches have a sapphire crystal just like the original watches. This type of crystal is very resistant and durable. The quality difference can be noticed by simply comparing a watch that has a sapphire crystal with one that has a mineral crystal or a cheaper type of glass. After extended wear the sapphire crystal will look as new. It won’t have any scratches or any visible marks on it. This won’t be the same for the lower quality crystal which will have scratches on the surface.

Our watches are water resistant up to 10 meters. It is recommended that you expose the watch only to splashes such as rain or while washing your hands. Unsuitable for still water activities, water sports or diving.
If you are using your watch under water, then the water resistance of a watch should be tested each time you have a service done on the watch.
- Do you offer a refund policy?
We offer a 10 days refund policy. Within the first 10 days from the delivery of your package, you can ship it back for a full refund. The watch must not have signs of wear or intentional damage.
- Do the watches cone with a warranty?
We offer a 12 months warranty for all our high quality Swiss watches and a 6 months warranty for our high grade Japanese watches.
